Dr. Praveena” – founder of Akshobhya Foundation Healing and Occult Science Center. She is a renowned yoga therapist, psycho-spiritual hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist, counselor, and spiritual healer.
Meditation and Yoga have been in Dr. Praveena’s life for more than 40 years. She has been meditating since she was 10 years old, with the guidance of her mother. At the tender age of 12, she was influenced by many books such as “Yogaprakasha” and started learning on her own. Eventually, wanting to teach Yoga she completed her Yoga Instructor course (Y.I.C.), Yoga diploma, Yoga therapy courses & also International Yoga Jury. She has been felicitated with Honorary Doctorate for her service in the field of Yoga. She has an ocean of experience of more than 40 years in the field of yoga. She has worked as a yoga teacher in many schools, colleges and also conducted many yoga classes in several organizations, hospitals, MNC’s & fitness centers. Regular yoga classes for children, women, and men under different age groups are conducted in Akshobhya Foundation Healing and Occult Science Center. Children trained under Dr. Praveena in the center are extremely competent participating in different competitions conducted by various organizations and have won numerous medals on several occasions.
In the year of 2010, Dr. Praveena came in to contact with Dr. Sri Sri. Ramachandra Guruji, world-renowned spiritual master and joined the Past Life Regression Therapy course, since then she started her spiritual journey under the guidance of her guru. she has also been trained by renowned Past Life Regression Therapists like Dr. Thrupthi Jain & Dr. Hari Kumar.
Dr. Praveena has now conducted more than 4000 personal counseling, past life regression therapies, soul healing, hypnotherapy, progression therapies, Psycho healings for many emotional related issues in Akshobhya Foundation Healing and Occult Science Center.
