Yoga simply means living in the present moment. We all know through experience, that the body irrespective of anything matters it only knows and lives in the present moment. But the mind on the other hand will only dwell on the past and future completely forgets the present moment. If your body starts to function along with the body in the present moment then it is said to be yoga.
